3. Data Collection on Our Website
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not use any analytics or tracking services. For this reason, no cookie banner is displayed.
Contact by E-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, your details will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is carried out to answer your enquiry or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in processing the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. When you visit the website, information (server log files) transmitted by your browser is automatically collected. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Our hosting provider is Replit, Inc., 3101 Park Blvd, Palo Alto, CA 94306, USA. The server log files are processed by Replit on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR, available at replit.com/dpa). Further information can be found in Replit's privacy policy (replit.com/privacy-policy).
Third-country transfer: Replit hosts the website on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the USA. The data generated during your visit (in particular IP addresses in server log files) is therefore transferred to a third country outside the EU/EEA. The transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the EU Commission (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR), which form part of Replit's data processing agreement.
The domain hock-methode.de is managed via Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus); however, no content of this website is delivered via Hostinger and no visitor data is processed there.
